1. Which payment methods are supported?

FlyVPN supports the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, MyCard, Payssion, Bitcoin, etc.
Pay by Webmoney, Yandex, Trustpay, etc.
Support in-app purchases directly on the App Store.

2. How to refund?

PayPal, Credit & Debit Cards support refund within 30 days,other payment methods do not support refund.

3. How to cancel PayPal subscription?

Cancel Paypal subscription:
Please enter Paypal official website and log in to your Paypal account → click "Settings" in the upper right corner → enter the "Payment" page → click "Manage Automatic Payments" → select "FlyVPN" → click "Cancel" on the right. Please cancel your subscription at least one day before the scheduled date of the next payment, otherwise the subscription may still be paid.
Cancel the Paymentwall subscription:
Please contact "FlyVPN" customer service directly.

4. What is concurrent connections? How to increase?

What is concurrent connections?
Concurrent connections is how many devices your FlyVPN account can connect to simultaneously.
One account could be switched on different devices.
To use it simultaneously on several devices like phone and computer, please buy Shared IP Plan. The price of Shared IP Plan equals the unit price multiplying the number of devices.
FlyVPN supports 1 account for no more than 2000 devices simultaneously.
For example, if you want to use FlyVPN simultaneously on 2 devices for 1 month, the price is $9.9*2=$19.8

How to increase the concurrent connection?
After the membership of FlyVPN expires, you can choose any concurrent connection to purchase.
Before FlyVPN membership expires, the concurrent connection can be increased at any time through purchase on the official website.
For example,
if you need to add 1 connection, you should renew your account with the concurrent connections as '2' for any plan, and your unexpired membership will be converted according the new number of concurrent connections you set and added to your new purchase.

5. What if the paid package is not activated after successful payment?

If your account has not been activated after successful payment due to some technical reasons, please log out of the account and log in to the client again;
If the account is still not activated, please provide the payment transaction information: transaction ID, FlyVPN login account, payment amount, package information, etc. Then contact our customer service, they will manually activate the account for you after verification.

6. How to cancel a subscription from Apple?

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions. 4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
Please cancel it at least 24 hours before the subscriptions ends.
If you don't see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
